Basic Elements Unit #5: Triads
It's time to learn how to spell the four kinds of triads - major, minor, diminished and augmented.

I've got a brief printout on this.

And then you could try this worksheet for practice.

Extra Practice on the Web: emusictheory.com
As always I recommend practicing with Robert Whelan's free drills that work with a web connection and any Java-enabled browser. There you can practice your chords in treble clef, bass clef, or even alto clef.

Extra Practice for PC: My Theory Quizzer
Don't forget that if you have a Windows PC you can try my rudiments quizzer. You type out your answers on the keyboard, which can be a lot faster than a graphical interface, and the "torturematic quizzing algorithm" goes back repeatedly to questions you get wrong.
