Dilla is of course considered a great genius of quirky hip-hop beats. This bass line + drums track (with a whisper of synth) stays in B minor the whole time.

Amon Tobin, "Saboteur"
I love this sinister electronic track. Towards the very end (around 4:12) one of the parts starts to flip back and forth between B major and B minor, but other than that I think it's pretty stable.
