On this date I told you about the "fancy note names" and dropped homework #9. #8 was due.
The next class (Wed 2/26) was Wellness Day and we did not meet.
Worksheet #8: More Minor Plus Triads
Alright, this worksheet asks you to fill in some major and minor key sigs (p. 40-41 in the textbook), make some "harmonic" minor scales (p. 39) and make major and minor triads (pp. 44-49).
This one is due Tuesday, Feb 24.
Homework #9: Fancy Note Names and Weird Triads
Worksheet #9 asks you to make some diminished and augmented triads (covered on pp. 47-38 of our theory text) and also to work with the "fancy" notes names (tonic, dominant et cetera, covered on pp. 42-43).
#9 is due on Tuesday, March 4.
