Today we reviewed worksheet #3 and got into our non-chord tones.
Because we didn't quite finish our discussion, I said you can skip the middle analysis on worksheet #4 (the Mozart minuet).
Worksheet #4: Non-chord Tones
Worksheet #4 asks you to analyze three easy piano pieces and label all of the passing tones, neighbor tones, appoggiaturas, etc. Reviewing Chapter 3 in our theory anthology is probably pretty essential before you dig in. Here are audio clips of the three passages:
