This guitar day was pretty modest. We went around our circle of fifths (p. 29 in our theory text) and figured out a few scales, playing some simple patterns (incl. Mary Had a Little Lamb) in each key. Worksheet #4 was due.
Assignment #4: Scales and Tunes
Worksheet #4 asks you to work out two major scales on a piano keyboard, and then label the notes for two melodies. Major scales are covered on pp. 27-28 in our theory text and key sigs are introduced on p. 29.
