In this session we went back to building some scales, going around the circle of fifths (see pp. 29-35), and then we practiced singing a few tunes. I wanted to hear everybody individually because I'm planning a "performance quiz" soon.
I dropped one new assignment, for more practice with the major scales.
Assignment #5: Major Scales
Homework #5 asks you to draw some more scales on piano keyboards. Major scales are covered on pp. 27-28 of our theory text.
This assignment is due Friday, Sept 26.
