All right, time continues to move forward! In recent classes we've heard more midterm composition projects, we've worked on minor scales and key sigs, and today we did a round of dictation.
I'll post the most recent two homeworks here.
Worksheet #9: Minor Scales
Homework #9 asks you to make a few minor scales on the staff, including one with the "harmonic" minor flavor. This is covered on pp. 38-39 of the theory textbook.
This assignment was due today, Tues Sept. 21
Homework #10: Major and Minor Key Sigs, Scales
Worksheet #10 asks you to fill in the top of the circle of fifths for both major and minor keys, and then draw four of those scales on the staff. I think to get this right you'll need to draw on pp. 33-34 and 40-41 from the textbook.
This assignment is due Tues, October 27.
